President, North America Operations

Run the entire North American business day to day — sales, manufacturing, engineering, field service, supply chain, support, and the finance and HR functions that sit under them — as the number two for the region. You own the P&L and the operating metrics, and you inherit an organization that needs tighter alignment between what corporate strategy says and what departments actually execute. The hard part is driving change across a dozen functions that don't currently report through one another while keeping revenue and customer relationships intact.

• Full P&L ownership at a regional or business-unit level, at meaningful scale
• Have led multiple functions at once — commercial plus operational (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or service), not just one vertical
• Managed executives who manage executives, and built or rebuilt a leadership team
• A track record of organizational change that produced measurable results, not just reorganizations
• Able to be found suitable for licensure by North American gaming regulators

• An MBA — the degree preference is soft
• Slot manufacturing or gaming supplier background specifically; leaders from other highly regulated, complex B2B manufacturing or technology businesses are in scope
• Prior casino operations experience
• Currently holding a gaming license in any jurisdiction
• Exactly 15 years — the number matters less than the scope you've carried
• Living in Las Vegas today
