Pricing

Ninety days, not forty-eight hours.

A sponsored job board post runs two days for $69 to $169, then the meter stops. Ours runs a full quarter — and your first one is free.

Every applicant hears back within 48 hours. On every block, on the free one, whether you are paying us or not. It runs automatically, it cannot be switched off, and it is the reason candidates come back.

  • Nothing to cancel — it just ends

Post the role you can’t fill, not the easy one. That’s where you’ll see the difference.

Buying ten-role blocks more than twice a year? This is already cheaper — let’s talk.

Which one?Start free. After that buy the block that matches what you actually have open — one, three or ten, always 90 days. Anything at $125K or above sits in the search lane whichever block you’re on, and the first of those is free too.

What a block works out at

Our own arithmetic, so nobody has to build the spreadsheet.

Every block runs 90 days. A role’s title is fixed once it’s live — a slot is for the job you posted, not a channel to keep recycling. And if you only have one thing open, buy one. We’d rather say that than sell you ten.

Against what you’re paying now

A job board sells visibility, not hires. The sticker is the meter starting.

Free, always, for everyone

Candidates pay nothing. Ever.

No premium tier, no “boost your application”, no subscription to be seen. If we ever charge a candidate to be treated properly, something has gone badly wrong with us.

Nobody is rejected by software.

Applicants are ranked, never filtered out. A person makes every decision and the record shows which person made it. Where the score understates someone, we say so and put them in front of you anyway.

The awkward questions

Why is the senior lane priced differently?

Because you’re comparing it to something different. Nobody fills a $400K President role off a job board — they call a search firm and pay twenty-five percent. We’re a fraction of that, doing the screening half of the job.

Do candidates see their score?

No. They’re told plainly where they stand and what was missing against the bar, in words. A percentage turns a reading into a verdict, and publishing the threshold would just teach people what to write next time.

What if we hire someone you introduced, but not through you?

The fee is owed. It isn’t a penalty and we haven’t written it as one — it’s the price of the introduction, and you only pay it because the introduction worked. If you were already talking to them before we sent them, show us and there’s no fee. The full terms.

Is the free hire per company or per account?

Per company. One free senior hire per employer, not per email address.

What happens if the person leaves?

Inside 90 days we run it again at no charge until you have a replacement. We replace rather than refund — a refund pays you for our failure, a replacement fixes it.

Can we negotiate?

Yes. Volume, multi-property, unusual procurement requirements — most of this is negotiable and none of it is a trap. Ask.
